***ONLINE*** Rural EMS Challenges

This is a 32-hour completely online course designed to help EMS professionals across the state assess and find solutions for challenges that are unique to rural populations.  Some examples include extended travel times, higher rates of chronic disease, and limited access to care.  EMS professionals are often the primary health care resource for patients living in rural communities, and this course will help prepare you for how to better manage these challenges!

The course is $180, or FEE EXEMPT if you are affiliated with an agency.

There is no required textbook.
