Bladen Community College will be offering an Accelerated EMT Initial Day class beginning on 7/1 thru 8/8. This class will meet M-Th from 0800-1700 on our Emergency Services Training Center. There will also be 2 weekend days to completed required clinical/ field internship rotations.

FP-C and CCP-C are the only paramedic certifications recognized by Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport (CAMTS).

Online FTO Course

Beaufort County Community College is offering an online FTO course the will start on April 19th. This course will cover various aspects of FTO duties that include working with new employees, precepting students, evaluation tools for FTO's, documentation, HR and legal issues, and problem solving techniques. The course will run 5 weeks for a total of 32 hours with weekly online assignments.

The course was developed using the national model and will prep you for the IBSC Community Paramedic Certification Exam. The course is 115 hours (10 weeks) with weekly online content and 2 Saturday classes on BCCC campus, 8 hours each.
