This course will cover various aspects of FTO duties that include working with new employees, precepting students, evaluation tools for FTO's, documentation, HR and legal issues, and problem solving techniques. The course will run 5 weeks for a total of 32 hours with weekly online assignments.

The course was developed using the national model and will prep you for the IBSC Community Paramedic Certification Exam.
