American TransMed is a premier provider of passenger transportation services. We have more than 20 years of experience in the transportation field and work 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our fleet includes wheelchair vans, passenger vans, and ambulance transport.

We are currently seeking dispatchers to fill day and night shift positions, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision after 90 days.

Job Description: 1: Pre-plan trips to be assigned to WC Operators during the day and next day trips.

2: Efficiently assign trips using company software.

3: Communicate with WC Operators using GPS-based messaging as well as cell phone.

4: Provide client information to WC Operators.

5: Communicate with WC Operators in a professional manner on and off their mobile devices.

6: Inform superiors about incidents.

7: Provide customers/providers with accurate and professional information on the status of their pick-up.

8: Handle and attempt to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

High school diploma or GED required. Customer service experience preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.
