POSITION:                               Administrative Assistant/Coordinator, EMS and Fire Programs

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide administrative support and program coordination services under the direction of the Director, EMS/Fire Programs. Responsible for creating and processing documents for contracts, hiring packages, student records, instructor course forms, data entry, and reporting in accordance with guidelines required by state, local, and federal agencies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Knowledge

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and an EMT or ability to obtain within one year after employment; Microsoft Office proficiency and general office management skills. Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years’ experience in EMS/Fire services preferred.

SALARY           $28,980-$36,240 for a 12-month full-time position with benefits.
