Course Description:           The purpose of this course is to offer a welcoming space to discuss some issues facing the gay, lesbian, and transgender community. There are many men and women in the Police, Fire, and EMS Services who are LGBTQ. We will offer open dialogue regarding how some issues can affect the work environment and how to respectfully address those with co-workers and the public.
