PARAMEDIC TO RN - Bladen Community College

The Paramedic to RN Bridge program is developed to allow currently certified paramedics to earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing. The successful candidate for this program must complete the following:

◾Hold a Paramedic certification with the NC Office of Emergency Medical Services OR National Registry.
◾Have an Associate of Applied Science in EMS.
◾Score a minimum of 58 on the TEAS exam (administered in November and February).

The Associate Degree Nursing curriculum provides knowledge, skills, and strategies to integrate safety and quality into nursing care, to practice in a dynamic environment, and to meet individual needs which impact health, quality of life, and achievement of potential.
