Attached you will a flyer that displays all of Spring 2020 EMS courses and information regarding the Entrance Requirements

- EMT Hybrid January 25, 2020 - May 9, 2020 Emergency Care and Transportation of the Sick and Injured 11th Edition

- Day EMT January 27, 2020 - May 1, 2020 Same as above

- Night EMT January 21, 2020 - May 7, 2020 Same as above

- EMT Refresher February 6, 2020 - April 3, 2020 Same as above

- EMS 3000 January 16, 2020 - April 8, 2020 Anatomy & Physiology for Emergency Care 2nd Edition; Frederic Martini, Edwin Bartholomew, and Bryan Bledsoe

- EMR February 3, 2020 - April 2, 2020 Emergency Medical Responder 6th Edition, by Jones and Bartlett Publishers

Each course requires students to have access to a reliable computer/laptop with internet to complete some online work outside of class time. 

All initial EMT courses require the following as well:

- 48 hours of EMS Field Internship 

- Student to purchase "EMS Student" Polo Shirts from our campus store that must be worn during their EMS Field Internship ride time. EMS Student T-Shirts can be worn during class time or students can wear their Polo shirt during class time as well.

- the purchase of black or navy blue pants, black shoes, socks, black belt and a watch with a 2nd hand can be purchased at any place the student desires

- Each student must wear their college issued student ID while attending all scheduled EMS Field Internship rides and in class

All requirements must be met prior to the admission of the class in which the student is trying to enroll. 

To schedule an appointment to complete an entrance exam please call (336) 633-0321; If you intend to use scores from testing done at another school, please see the Welcome Center to have those scores transferred officially to RCC- we cannot accept only a print-out of scores.
